Jessica wanted to balance elegance with young sexy glamour for her wedding dress. The bodice was sheer and encrusted with embroidery and crystals .The back was cut away. The floaty georgette skirt was light and generous with a high split. Their unique ceremony took place in the Jubilee Room in the House of Commons with a reception at The Gherkin.
